The Arts at Grace
The Arts at Grace continues to provide high quality concerts for the community. HIgh points of the past year have been our first collaboration with United Presbyterian Church in the program entitled "We are the Children of the Greatest Generation"; A musical recreation of "Goldilocks" and "Little Red Riding Hood" in November; and the postponed "Spring into Fall" concert featuring the Liebeslieder Waltzes of Brahams. The piece will also be featured in a fundraiser for the Cayuga Chamber Orchestra in March of 2016, so t wil be another chance for the series to have a regional impact. The Ithaca Brassgave another terrific concert in December to celebrate the Christmas season
We are grateful to all who have contributed to the ongoing mission of the series and are happy to announce that TAAG has been awarded another generous grant for the coming year by the NYS Decentrailization Grant program.
Thanks to the members of the TAAC organizing committee for all of its work, and expecially to its Co-Chairs, Jo Ann Wickman and Gwen Barbato. We have a lot of exciting ideas fot upcoming programs, so stay tuned!

Grace and Holy Spirit Choir
The Grace and Holy Spirit Choir continues to inspire all of us (including its director) with its singing and dedication. It has been my pleasure to work wit this group as we pursue the goal of expressing in music, the themes of our worship services. Rehearsals continue ot be held on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 8 pm and on Sunday mornings at 9:30 am in preparation for the 10:15 service.
We have been very happy to welcome new members Dawn Bahns and Adam Ferguson into the choir this year and also to welcome back Fredrick and Maxine Jones after their time away in Guyana.
Recruitment continues to be a goal for the coming year. Members of the congregation are encouraged to join even if they are unable to attend every week. The more members we have, the more adventurous we can be in our programing.
In addition to working on the music at hand, rehearsals provide a time for community and for the great pleasure of continually working to improve what we do. No auditions are necessary.
We are also interested in finding opportunities for young people to sing, so watch for announcements about that.
Finally, a particular word of thanks goes to Jeanine and John Rose for their help as librarians of the choir. Their organizational skill has helped everything to run smoothly and it is much appreciated!
